The picture was taken 4 years a go. Raptor watch organised by Malaysian Nature Society (MNS) is very poopular and attracing locals and international tourists who are interested in raptors migration. This year will be another celeration on the 11 March 2017. More promotions needed to support MNS activities on Raptor Conservation.

Electrical and Electronic: many people asked about the different between these two. This may be about power and system.
http://learn.org/articles/What_is_the_Difference_Between_Electrical_Engineering_and_Electronics_Engineering.html
Electrical Engineers
As an electrical engineer, your job is to research and develop ways of transmitting electrical power through mechanical objects and finding ways of storing the energy, as well. You also work with electrical signals. While cell phones may be developed through electronic engineering, the voice and the visual and text data are sent through electrical signals. The satellites that transmit a signal to another phone is another example of electrical engineering at work. On a larger scale, some of the areas in which electrical engineers work include:- Electromagnetics
- Optics (lasers)
- Power efficiency
- Motors
- Lighting
- Utility-power transmission
Electronics Engineering
If you work in electronics engineering, you focus on both electronics engineering and computer engineering. College-degree programs may merge these two areas into a single field. The difference between the two areas is that computer engineers only work with computers and computer-related devices. Here are some items that are common to the electronics engineering profession:- Portable music devices
- Global positioning devices
- Broadcasting systems
- Telecommunication devices and systems
- Analog circuitry

The peripheral nervous system (PNS) is the part of the nervous system that consists of the nerves and ganglia outside of the brain and spinal cord. The main function of the PNS is to connect the central nervous system (CNS) to the limbs and organs, essentially serving as a communication relay going back and forth between the brain and spinal cord with the rest of the body. Unlike the CNS, the PNS is not protected by the bone of spine and skull, or by the blood–brain barrier, which leaves it exposed to toxins and mechanical injuries. The peripheral nervous system is mainly divided into the somatic nervous system and the autonomic nervous system. In the somatic nervous system, the cranial nerves are part of the PNS with the exception of cranial nerve II, the optic nerve, along with the retina. The second cranial nerve is not a true peripheral nerve but a tract of the diencephalon. Cranial nerve ganglia originate in the CNS. However, the remaining ten cranial nerve axons extend beyond the brain and are therefore considered part of the PNS. The Autonomic nervous system is an involuntary control of smooth muscle. The connection between CNS and organs allows the system to be in two different functional states: sympathetic and parasympathetic.
It is about time Malaysian supporting electronic waste recycling and properly dispose te waste. E-waste is very toxic and hazardous to human and other living things. Government already have guidelines how to dispose electrical and electronic equiptments (EEE).in Malaysia. How far the public know and aware about this we need to find out and make more publicity about it. Rapid increase of EEE, disposal methods and rules and regulation must be in place.
