Examination: There are many ways to have examination. Why we have to sit exam at certain time and place?

Final exam may be worth 40% only. Another 60% can be assignment and other involvement in class. Students should get maximum 60% during the course and may be at least 75% in final. So all students can get A. Unfortunately many students take easy during the course, miss classes, do not participate in the class, never answer oral question in class, never give opinion on the issues discuss, or many of them are quiet or talking to friend, sms friends or another words did not focus to lecturers. All students should value them self that they are university's students and qualified to get the degree. BUT many of them do not study well when they are in the university. What they need just to get first class. second class or third class.
