The leaders not just checking the KPI but should value KPI. Who contribute to KPI, who develop the ideas, Who actually did it,.....Not just mention it, proudly receiving certificate and recognition.
Leaders must be fair to all contributors. Sometime we have chain of reactions to achieve one mission.
