THE ongoing water rationing in the Klang Valley not just creating problem of water supply for domestic use but other problems such as container price, economic stress, health, cleanliness, and many more. BUT how many look the problems beyond what they can see..... the source of water. Not just rain but forest, hills and rivers. If no forest no palace to store water, no hill water do not release slowly to be distributed through river system and shallow river keep less water and dry fast.
