The implementation of the education systems must be reviewed: teachers knowledge, skills in teaching and approaches must be improved. Teachers mus be strong enough and in front of the public. University's lecturers and professors must be aggressive to change and direct the frontier knowledge so that the public can follow.

Students cannot just memorised and released back in the exam BUT they must analyse and learn to think and presenting what they were asked NOT creating new questions based on the answer that they already prepared. We are preparing them to answer the exam questions BUT to think and be an intellect.
