Why we need to do recycle? Over the last decade humans have produced 10 times as much plastic as we have in the last century, and each year we throw away enough of the material to circle the earth 4 times. Americans alone throw away approximately 35 billion water bottles a year, all of which are still in existence in some form or another as plastic takes anywhere from 500-1000 years to disintegrate. The moral of this story? We use way too much plastic and that needs to change, or we (and the environment) could be faced with some serious consequences.

After 6 years in Council (including 4 years as vice president) now I try for a president of MNS. I plan to strengthen secretariat of MNS, branches and bring back MNS image at higher level. MNS is the oldest nature based society. I am sure we can increase members when MNS is respected by public and dominant society in Malaysia.

Do you know where Malaysia’s biggest marine park is? The Tun Mustapha Park (TMP), officially launched just last month, covers almost one million hectares of seas (898,762 to be exact). And it includes the marine areas around our country’s largest island – once again, moving beyond peninsula-centric ideas of Penang or Langkawi, this is Pulau Banggi, an hour by ferry from Kudat town in north Sabah.

Talent development is a continuous effort. We start with young age and continue until we got matured, high skills and talented staff. If we just wait and see and talking we wont never get good and highly talented staff. When times come we just pick based on hearsay. then we complain that we have poor and low quality leaders. We dont want to inherit that anymore!!

vertigo: Vertigo is the feeling that you or your environment is moving or spinning. It differs from dizziness in that vertigo describes an illusion of movement. When you feel as if you yourself are moving, it's called subjective vertigo, and the perception that your surroundings are moving is called objective vertigo.http://www.emedicinehealth.com/vertigo/article_em.htm
