more than ten years learning English at school and university still cannot command English confidently. WHY??? number one we must have something to deliver meaning we must have the knowledge. most of the source of knowledge at Tertiary levels are in English. so all graduates should have the ability to communicate in English. Number two are culture or environment and daily practices. Working culture can improve our English. May be we are too much focus on grammar and make students lest confident. OR we like to politicise it.
