Dry weather in the north encourage mount climbers go to Gunung Baling which is one of beautiful scenery to see. But during dry season the area is easy to catch fire. I hope the smokers should be discipline enough to control their fire. Because of one second careless action, we lost beautiful scenery and rich biodiversity. May be this people should be punished heavily because they killed many lives. Malaysia is top mega biodiversity in the world. We need to encourage more research. in case of Gunung Baling the authorities should offer research grant to assess the biodiversity of Gunung Baling after fire. Lets the experts doing research.
