Dr Mat: Getting together is very important BUT more important is the products. We achieve high ranking now. UPM in the top 200 in the world as planned in 2010. Getting the ranking p is good hard work, Now to maintain in top 200 or up to top 100 is another issue.The leaders must look at all angle the strategies to improve further. Probably money and scholarship are important. Excellence and productive seniours need to support. University need to look for the systems and money.
