Teaching, learning and assessment in the university involve lecturer and the students

I think I already mentioned about this university's functions only between students and the lecturers. We create a lot of things just to create jobs and problems so that we can divert the functions of lecturers and students in the university. Then the quality of graduates will be questioned. In order to solve the question, many formular and procedures were developed. Then another jobs, technologies, systems, space and others will be established. Basic needs in good university only quality lecturers and good students. But how far we focus on the quality lecturers and good students? We are actually talking a lot on the supporting staff. Are they helping?, are they working?, do they know what are they doing? Finally the academician wasting time looking at them rather than the students.
