Administrator’s culture: passing the baton to others to get information or complete the jobs. The real multi skills staffs are still the academician; thinking, plan, design, instruct, doing it, construct and completed with reports and analyses.

How they work?

When administrators got the instruction, minutes, or ideas; they will pass to other staff under them giving another instructions or just say as well mentioned in the letters, then the other officers pass to the clerks or now called assistant administrators, and the clerks have to do it by asking temporary staff or office boy. Can you imagine the decision made by the lowers staff in the office. If they are on leave then all systems are delayed. Lower staff work under stress and later they retired and new staff comes. How we can compete with the world if this is going on and on.......
