In the university, teaching and learning is between lecturers and the students. Students are assess their performance based on their performance, knowledge and skill by the lecturers. Their contact and communication is important. But now how to report and monitor this activities. Lecturers integrity is important. If the integrity is questioned therefore the systems need to be developed. Now the lecturers are fulfill the system demand instead of teaching the students. The system no longer assessing the students but assessing the lecturers are doing their job on time or not.
we need to think how to make teaching and learning in the university working not flowing the school culture.
