Transformation of Higher Education: Harvard is number ONE university in the world and its established long time ago since 1910. Its 114 years experience being at the top, for sure we can learn. BUT why we are still crawling giving philosophical ideas and cannot be implemented at our university. Harvard too have plan. they review every 10-30 years depending on field and interest. Why we cannot plan. all about leadership.

Harvard Extension School was established 113 years ago in 1910.
What we need are employable and marketable graduates. What we should do?
1. look at what public want? may be values, interests, personality, and skills.
2. we provide those needed in our curriculum and programmes. look attractive, interesting and fulfill needs with quality, confidence and recognition. recruiting or educating academic staff to high levels of education, knowledge and skills.
3. attract good students, results, interviews and entry test. open to adults from all sectors to increase the market.
4. Since cost is another concern, special funding scheme needed to avoid rising of tuition fees, increasing student debt, and cost of living on campus.
