Many proposal assessors are ROBOT! Last time my proposal on Milky Storks. Only 4 birds left in the wild and government introducing captive animals into the wild. The birds are urgently need protection and conservation, the proposal was not important for the country and was rejected. This time eel researches are in high demand in Korea, Taiwan, China and Japan then followup by Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. Researches in Europe are increasing. BUT in Malaysia panels are still not thinking about it and reject the proposal. SORRY this kind of studies cannot be done in test tubes or chonicle flasks.
