Recognition, appreciation and celebration are important to encourage young scientists to produce more. Analyse how many local young scientists were trained for future challenge OR local professors depending to foreign students? Malaysia need to prepare human capitals/scientists for beyond 2020. Are we systematically doing it?
Good students, good supervision, quality research and research grants will produce high quality results that can contribute to science and probably commercialisation.
