60:40 science:non-science students in Malaysia still not achieve. beside formal education in schools, agencies such as national science centre, dewan bahasa dan pustaka, akademi sains Malaysia and others should play roles too. but how far the committee or leaders are thinking on this?
Not enough books and attractive teaching and learning materials. Agencies above and probably NGOs should support too. But how about money?
