To day I told one seniour lecturer that many professors are busy. She asked me why they are busy? I told her professors have many tasks, lecture, supervise students, research, writing proposals, preparing conference & seminar, meeting, etc. The seniour lecturer told me actually they are not busy BUT the are just a yes man. Do everything they were asked. Professors already have high pay why they should be busy? ha ha ha..... We must know the real professor not professor's pay.
