The next ICYS Conference suppose to be organised by Karazin Kharkiv National University and NGO Educational Centre for Youth Gifts Development in Ukraine But because of Ukraine now is now not stable, the venue was moved to Belgrade University, Serbia 17-23 April 2014. Twenty Six countries will participate.
