How to assess supervisor of the office working or not, creative or not, concern about the office or not....look at the plant (if any) near the building.

Even though plants are nearly dry, one of the plant already dead, who cares. BUT the supervisors in this office still got a good recommendation by his/her boss. I think something wrong in this world.
