Leaders in the university must be among the HOT society. This will reduce politic on campus and really knowledge based society. Leading in thinking, research, knowledge and skills than can be good leaders in the university. NOT just any politician and bureaucratic can lead the university. If there are any bad boy trying to be a leader in the university must develop them self in those areas first.
