Many graduates out there thinking that lecturer just standing in front and talk to students. I wonder how they think when they were a students. Not many feel and experience as a university students. may be they just went to lecture, doing assignment and waiting for the grade. After completed number of credits then they attended the graduation ceremony and later apply for a job.
Many government officers with Masters and PhD think after they retired the can be a professors in the university. Many people in industry, they think they can be good lecturer because they are more practical and applied. Lecturing in the universities just a theory. May be about time we must change their mind sets. Probably including the inisters.
