Why this thing happened wheresa we have rules, regulation, enforcement, public awareness etc. As I mentioned many times, right person should do the right thing at the right place. We must work as team to solve this illegal solid waste dumping.

Shameful: Unscrupulous parties have been dumping construction and domestic waste into Sungai Kelang.
