Now is about time for the government to mobilise all relevant agencies and expertise (not just celebrities) to have an integrated approach solving flood issues.
Sometimes, the politicians are too strong because there are selected by the public (voters) including scientists and administrators. Therefore the politician and the voters need an urgent knowledge on environmental education to understand basic of ecological principals.. These politician need exerts advice.
