Global Warming, Climate Change and Green House Gaseous not just an environmentalist issues but a political issues. So, the politician must make this issues as a country's issues. A special commitment needed not just in education, allocating a special budget but a special order to involve all parties involving in education, agriculture, industries, town planning and public. Continuous activities and budget for research and development in environmental protection and conservation must be in the strategic plan and application.
