Another Opportunity to Collaborate with Japanese Scientists through JSPS 2011-2015

May be we should take this opportunity to collaborate with Japanese Scientists especially from The University of Tokyo, Atmospheric and Ocean Research Institute. We can recruit new young scientists during this 5 years collaboration. Young scientists should come forward show their interest and hard work in research and publications.
