Is it because Malaysia is one of the megabiodiversity contries in the world?
What are the objectives?
How to achieve the objectives?
What kind of activities that aere carried out so far at the institute?
May be we need to review the objectives of the Institute, planing and actions to suit the current and future scenario of biodiversity trend at global level.
Probably we need to relook the administrative structure and functions and headed by right functional individuals.
