Happy Budget for scientists?

may be the country have a lot of political pressure and voters worry. A lot of benefit goes to rural areas, teachers, kindergarten, primary and secondary schools, police and army, retired person,...... but not for lecturers in the university who are recruiting future intelects, leaders and profesionals. For future developed Malaysian scientists are very important. Nine years before 2020 not too long thats why we need to work harder. BUT the government do not realise this nearly 30,000academic staffs are important for developing Malaysia and recruiting nearly half million future profesionals to serve Developed Malaysia.
