Professors must not only strong academically but able to translate his scholarship for the benefits of mankind. BUT how many our professors in Malaysia is in this category?
Many sitting in locked room writing a papers and torturing postgraduates students to publish papers.
Some are not teaching at all.
But the are still professor and respected professors.
May be we need to be an actor/actress too in academic.
For those big Lie we need to have a system to make them sitting on the hot plate.
