May be Perhilitan is not important for the country. Its DG can ignore public questions. But if the public are strong, then the department will be strong and become important to the cabinet. Natural resources are important for future generations, economy and living. Environmental Education is very important. This will make professors busy again but less respected because nature is not important for Malaysian. They destroy the environment for development, they allow curruption and greedy bisinessman and politician and if the government officers sleeping they have no complain unless some who are interested in nature business and little truely nature lovers wo love nature protection and conservation.
