Putrajaya is one of the important man made lakes to be studied as an example of management conflict between nature, engineering and cost. OR challenge in making money instead of maintaining/managing water quality. This is where politician, economist/money maker/business man and policy maker make use of scientists. Now scientist just an ordinary workers. Public need to be educated aggressively in order to appreciate the scientists and achieve the mission without wasting time and money.
