Heavy rain causes havoc in KL
Is this our first experience?
Is this related to climate change?
What should we do for next year heavy rain?
Drainage system, River, Town Planning, Public Education, Early warning system,...??
We can predict weather but we cannot control.... May be we can prepare or get ready to face bad weather.
