Make changes when needed, Najib reminds civil servants
Civil servants must be brave to make changes to conditions and regulations which are found to hinder government-initiated plans from being executed effectively. Making changes to certain rules and regulations did not mean they were wrong. Therefore, civil servants must have the courage to make changes (to conditions and regulations).
The flawless execution is not only the responsibility of operating ministries but also involves central agencies like the Finance Ministry.
